White Flower Farm Reviews

I ordered a few plants from White Flower Farm, and overall they showed up in decent shape. The packaging was solid, and nothing looked totally neglected or damaged, so I appreciated that part.

That said, the prices felt a bit steep for what I actually received. A couple of the plants were smaller than I was expecting, and once shipping was added on, the total climbed quickly.

I could see myself ordering again if I found something really special or hard to find, but probably not for everyday garden basics. The quality is good, but I walked away feeling a little disappointed because I really wanted to love the experience more than I did.

My order showed up on time, so that was a win. One of the plants wasn’t the right one, but everything else looked good. Overall, not perfect, but mostly a solid experience.

I ordered a few perennials and they came in looking really fresh and strong. Like, actually healthy healthy. No broken stems, no sad droopy leaves, nothing like that, which was such a relief. I planted them right away and they’re already settling in good.

I can’t say if this is how it always goes, but in my case customer service replied fast and got the issue sorted out without much hassle.
